Returns & Refunds
All Swamp Dragon Industries products are made-to-order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind — please check the size chart on each listing carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [swampdragonindustries@gmail.com] with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Note: minor print placement variance (under 0.5") is a normal result of the printing process and isn't considered a defect.
If your tracking shows your package lost or damaged in transit, reach out and we'll resolve it the same way.
